1. Excessive overtime. Management style is to react to production demands, not Level-Loading Management. The last 5 months is maximum overtime at the cost of people's lives. 2. My Supervisor is Type A, Passive-Aggressive, Micro-Managing and Anal-Retentive. He expects people to do exactly what he says and thinks, not think for themselves. Even Managers below him cannot manage how they believe. His Supervisor is not much better. 3. Low pay for the industry.

Hostile environment to work at, everyday was a struggle because of the management very difficult to work with and work for, colleges being talked down to in front of their peers, managers being unprofessional, and no communication between departments so a simple task can take forever. Also, I’ve notice working here that contractors are treated very differently and are looked down to like piranhas.
