Because of Italian culture, living life is most important and employees are allowed to have great work life balance.

Cons

Disorganized, lack of leadership, Americans treated poorly compared to Italian employees, do not pay bills on time or contractors......water was turned off by city for nonpayment.

Innovative and aggressive company that is always looking for the edge on the market to try and stay in the lead.

Cons

No overtime pay and work overtime quite frequently. Upper management does not seem to have a good understanding of some of the requirements and roles for employees
