Very interesting and engaging work with great terms and conditions; from membership to local gyms to a flexible benefits program that offers even more benefits - buy/sell holidays, buy home technology, additional healthcare options over and above a good baseline. They were also very proactive when the Lockdown hit and were people focussed first and foremost, not just looking at the balance sheet. They may be a well established company but they are not totally entrenched in old ways of working.

Cons

There are several showers located on site, which are ok, but they could be better.
