Pros

Line Managers actually care about you. Colleagues are friendly, and work is interesting. Benefits and flex-time are good as well. WFH has been accepted and will continue for the foreseeable future, changing to a bookable hot desk situation.

Cons

Due to the size of the company and the nature of the work, there can be lots of delays due to needing to jump through various hoops for security/IT reasons, which can get annoying, especially if you have other people waiting on you.
