I absolutely love Lessen. It has provided me with opportunities that I did not have with my previous employer whom I was with over 10 years. Being that we are still so new, I am able to be part of something that is constantly growing and expanding, and able to help shape/secure the business. My entire leadership team is open, transparent and available for me whenever I need them. It's a great, family oriented culture and I'm excited about my future here.

Cons

It's a start up company.... we are growing fast as ever and learning along the way. We continue to evolve and are working on solidifying the business now that we have made a splash in ProTech. No cons here, just growing pains as we continue to expand.

Pros

Lessen has provided me with many opportunities for career growth! The people and culture make work fun. It is exciting to be part of the Lessen team as we build and grow an amazing and successful company together.

Cons

Startups have their challenges but I know Lessen is making great strides in the employee experience including making the benefits more competitive. This has been a very tough task for other startups that I've worked at but Lessen has stepped up earlier on in ways that other companies have not been able to.
