Pros
At the core, Lessen has helpful technology that is intended to streamline large and complicated processes that can prevent property managers from simple and basic maintenance. Some roles qualify for flexible "unlimited" time off and others are still on traditional PTO. The company has 401k matching and decent benefits.
Cons
Lessen's leadership team is weak, a political mine field and an overall joke. The CEO and his executive followers are only focused on chasing dollars and the potential of ideas. Basic day to day business operations and functionality are an after thought. Customer service and support is minimal. There is little to no support for employee growth or career progression and unless you play politics, there is very little opportunity to be promoted or get a raise. Employees are regularly lied to about how the company is doing and there have been regular layoffs for the past couple years.
