Great company culture, CEO seems to really care about employee's feedback and well being. Company is also growing rapidly and has excellent opportunity for growth!

Cons

Any start up is going to have it's ups and downs, only thing I can say is there is sometimes lack of process (which is to be expected as we all learn and grow)
