Thanks for the feedback. As you know, Lessen implemented a new incentive program earlier this year so that all employees have the opportunity to earn a quarterly or annual bonus based on their performance. Great suggestion on providing real-time visibility into the results! We have recently developed a KPI dashboards in Quicksite; you will see it soon if you haven’t already!
