Pros

Chicago office is a mix of hybrid & remote staff. New Chicago office site is centrally located near the Loop.

Cons

Chicago office needs to either call back remote staff or get a smaller space. Even on mid-week hybrid office days the office is VERY empty. Those who are there can also be negative for being there & it gives the place a bad vibe. Insurance benefits have gotten more expensive as they switched from BCBS-IL to Blue Cross AZ. Not a fan of the more conservative attitude from AZ office. Chicago staff have been told to pucker up as things aren't changing.

They used to have remote work.

They changed to hybrid instead of remote. They give unrealistic work expectations that they cannot achieve. They are unethical to vendors and customer service staff.
