      Poor managment Poor training. I dont See this company being any different than others doing the same thing.

      Pros

      Team Leads are pretty nice.

      Cons

      The company constantly brags about their accolades, but only gives 2% raises. There are constantly large groups of people laid off at a time. Every day you go to work afraid it's your last. We didn't get our "yearly" bonus this year. It was "deferred", whatever that means. I've been there for years and STILL don't make $50k/yr though I was required to have a degree when I was hired.
