Way too many and the latest reviews requested by management deserve a true one. So, here it goes: 1. Lack of communication and transparency top bottom 2. Top Management (=TM) has no idea how to run a company, no idea what a strategy is, no idea about people management whatsoever 3. TM lies, ignores emails raising critical issues, they don't learn from their mistakes (I guess they don't consider they did wrong in the first place), they over commit again and again and so the quality lacks big time 4. Benefits and salary package is quite sad compared to market average; no trainings, no career plan whatsoever; lots of VPs and management guys with no people to manage instead.. 5. TM and HR talk about the values and the culture of the company when it's good for them though nowhere is actually mentioned what are those. Maybe is about saving lives? Just a facade, money is their God! 6. People are being laid off in a very ugly and unfair way 7. If you don't do whatever it takes to make it work (no matter what you were hired to do in the first place), you are lazy or incompetent or you don't believe in the company's values and mission 8. For current and future employees: be careful when it comes to HR; just watch your back, keep your mouth shut and smile
