      Pros

      Company cares a lot about their employees and guests. Guest first attitude is the way to go. If you want to find out if you're passionate about the F&B industry, LEYE is a great springboard for any career

      Cons

      Growth is limited for aggressive growing managers and employees. They have too many tenured managers to allow younger managers to advance quickly.

      Pros

      Management is SO great. Always willing to help with personal and professional problems. Open door policy is great. Work with people and they end up feeling like your family. LEYE only hires the BEST and NICEST people which is great!

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted. Seemed to hire outside people to management instead of promoting from within.

      Leye provides a positive work environment, great food and service, but coporate is a little overextended.

      Pros

      Employees are treated very fairly, clear standards and expectations are expressed. Employees are treated very well, and open direct communication is stressed which helps create great work environment. We aim to exceed guest expectations, and by exceeding our employees expectations, we are more likely to provide exceptional service and fantastic, consistant food.

      Cons

      We work pretty long hours, expected at least 50 and sometimes up to 60 hours per week. Pay is decent but not amazing. Communication isn't always great, and promotions aren't always granted fairly.
