Pros

Friendly coworkers and some okay benefits

Cons

There are a lot of growing pains, especially on the support team. The transition to an in-house support team was a rough one. There was no real game plan during the training process leaving a lot of gaps in knowledge and training. There was a lack of communication with the management to the team, as well as blatant favoritism. There were also discrepancies from the interview (being told there was unlimited PTO, holidays off etc) that come to find out apply to every other team except the support team. On top of all of this, there were constant issues with pay being late or inaccurate hours, always being told it was the fault of payroll company. The fix was a slack channel for payroll instead of looking into why this kept happening, and seemingly only to the support team. Why keep using a payroll company that had these problems continuously?

Pros

* 100% the best place to work. They commit and live up to their company values and make a point of creating an environment of inclusion * Stellar pay * Benefits are exceptional and available quickly * Want employees to have work life balance and encourage taking the time you need Absolutely the most amazing employer I've ever had. It's truly my second family.

Cons

401K isn't matched * I'm only throwing this out because it's the only thing not ideal. Regardless it's worth the personal investment to join this Company.

Pros

The pay and benefits are decent for a Bay Area start up.

Cons

A lot of internal fighting for influence and status led to a toxic work environment, exacerbated by favoritism. Remote work made the communication problems worse. Instead of creating more opportunities to interact as one team, the company leadership disappeared and made themselves hard to reach. Attrition is very high, many talented and experienced engineers, managers, and sales/business people left. There is nothing new ahead, no new products or projects. The best it can do is market the existing product to boost sales and hope for a buy-out.
