Innovative company that does things for the first time in a space that is meaningful to many workers. Kind people. Good overall compensation and truly unlimited PTO.
Cons
There's not a unified direction from the executive team. Highly political and divided for a company of its size. Overly focused on processes to the point of hindering productivity. There are many pockets of underutilized employee time. Cognitive dissonance between diversity initiatives and hiring/management/firing practices.
