      The company focuses on building software and processes that ultimately help massive wind, solar and other clean energy projects get built. The scale of impact is exciting. Great culture: everyone is there because they care about climate change and want to do something about it. Lots of opportunity to work on exciting new projects as company expands.

      The company is growing quickly; can be hard to balance hiring/training with supporting current products and launching new ones
