Very engaging and inclusive leadership, nimble and agile. Everyone wants to do more which is fantastic.

Cons

Like someone else wrote: Steering through ambiguity which is not a con for me but certain people may want to have clear instructions in making decisions but that is what the leadership is there for to help with.

Cons

Travelling a lot which can be difficult for work life balance but it is also very fun
