It is gratifying to actively play a role in securing payment for contractors There can be a satisfying degree of challenge with SOME of the work Great benefits

Cons

KPIs are very tight and they demand a lot from each researcher - compensation doesn’t totally reflect the value research provides Workplace culture feels very forced and overtly positive in a disingenuous way - it makes it harder to feel connected to teammates Daily meetings each morning that are 80% ice breaker questions - they have little to do with work and aren’t great at actually getting people to engage with each other

Pros

The members of the team are all genuinely great people. It's great to be able to work from home most days with the option to go into the office for better focus and to hang out with the other team members.

Cons

Expect to work long hours, especially when you're being ramped up. There is a lot to learn and a lot is expected of you. It's very easy to feel overwhelmed.
