Pros

I had a good experience working for this company. We revived a pay raise at one point and were also allowed to work overtime for a while

Cons

I was working a contract position so once the contracted ended I was out of a job.

Middle management syndrome

Pros

Friendly polite office. Has held on to traditional employee events.

Cons

Senior leadership is so isolated middle management gets to tell whatever story they want to without fact checking. Job searches are purposely failed to hire interns. Interns get promoted to jobs that are never posted internally, killing any chance at career progression for current team members. Still trying to offer pre-covid level salaries.

Learned a lot and love my coworkers

Cons

The management bullies employees and will make personal digs at you in front of others - not related to work at all.
