      Pros

      Uniform allotment (free jeans!), brand and product training was strong, one to one service is a pro too, the likeminded team were great and and fun to work (and socialise) with

      Cons

      Minimum wage is too low for such a prestigious brand in such a prestigious location, there was favouritism from managers who could pick on you if they decided they didn't like you anymore, pressure to make sales but little incentive to achieve personal targets, attracted some very rude customers at times, can be difficult to move up, product training was great but team-wide till training was severely lacking, rotas were always done at the last minute

      Pros

      Worked for great management, both store and upper management at district and regional levels. Cared for the employees and work/life balance here is about as good as any other retail establishment. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Like any retail company, it's going to be hard to attain goals in certain locales and in certain situations. Goals weren't impossible to reach but were hard to get, especially with the market that my store was in. Technology was a bit outdated, had to call in and approve personal checks, but were updating those. POS systems were not in sync with the credit card machine when I was there, definitely long overdue for an update.
