      They have a very strong intern program

      Pros

      Organized, personalized, lots of time with senior management, individualized projects and group projects, responsibility, great intern salary

      Cons

      The whole company seems to be going through a lot of change, I would say that organization on the whole is not very good and the office space needs improvement, especially considering that it was a space for designers. There seems to be dissatisfaction within the company because it is hard to move up within the company. They recently hired a new CEO and president and I am confident that the business will improve with them.
