No pros honestly, there is nothing that can outweigh the bad.

Cons

The company is filled with lies and deception, corruption is all over No work life balance Little to no pay increase ontop of already low wages You are required to be contactable 100% of the time, if you don't you will be told that you aren't faithful to the brand.
