Amazing Team, Great learning opportunities, Conscious business structure. I found it to be very big on Top to Bottom knowledge sharing. Ethically minded (as much as a huge coorp can be). Most people served extremely long tenures here which is good and bad, shows loyalty etc however old dogs new tricks and all that...
Cons
Not particularly competitive salary packaging. A lot of focus on buzzwords, flashcards however a few bad seeds in management undo most good intentions. No single reporting figure, each department uses different tools, therefore the final number from Finance will different to DC and Sales. No process put in place to accurate report I understand this was a business goal to improve world wide. Clunky systems - SAP needs an update.
