Pros

A good company with good reputation, salary is competitive, great bonus incentive, good benefit and more holidays than the others. Company has once a year community day with all the employees participate in community works to show our supports.

Cons

Too many re-org and cut cost. Employees are overloaded with works. Poor managment with lack of directions and supports, not enough trainings and trouble shooting in SAP. They currently shrinked down the product integrity department and moved most of the job duties to the product development teams could lead to overload of works affect the performance of the individuals.

Pros

The Heritage Location Globally recognized brand Community Involvement

Cons

Archaic systems No formal training. Constant changes and revisions to processes and calendars - no one knows what they are doing! Leadership spins this negative as "entrepreneurial drive!" Stick to a process and give it time to let it work. You must play the "game" in order to be liked and/or succeed. Lots of turnover! Instead of developing employees to the best of their abilities, management "reorgs" and ends up bringing in new people who then don't get the training and development they need and the "reorg" happens all over again. Industry-wise, Levi's is known for massive layoffs and restructuring every year or so. Don't expect to have a long-term career here.

Pros

You get 40% off You can listen to your ipod during closing Customers can be nice and appreciate your work

Cons

There's no commission, we can't accept tip, managers make a rule one day and don't apply it the next day, new workers get more hours then old workers, managers are rude and unprofessional, managers may change the schedule during the middle of the week and not notify you yet expect you to know, they may call you a few hours before your shift to cancel your shift, they forget to put in their daily manager schedule that you work for the day so may "give you the day off" for their mistake, as soon as you clock out they want you to leave the store asap so you can't wait inside the store for a fellow coworker or friend/family, instead, they treat you like a criminal and you have to leave their premises, people get hours that don't deserve it because they play favorites, don't expect to get promoted or have any increase in salary, they don't look at how hard you work or how many customers are satisfied with your service, you and almost every sales associate may have weeks with 0 hours, they don't appreciate you or your work, there are new managers 2-3 months replacing other managers, even manager have left because of management and better opportunities in other companies, managers put you down, managers think that you can only be good at one thing and don't think you can do anything else or even try to give you a chance to do anything else, they try to have only women helping women and men helping men but, in my opinion, any employee should be able to help anyone, and there's so much more negative but I don't want to write a novel...
