      Pros

      Focused business sense being strategic in thinkiing and planning. Good moral and ethical practices. Opportunities to earn bonus based on individual and company performance,. Good Benefits. Semi-flexible hours, with the opportunity to work remotely. Casual envirnoment, good employee discount. Supportive of the community with Community Involvement Team working to support chariities. Globally volunteer day where all are asked to volunteer in the communiity.

      Cons

      Fair bit of financial reporting required without the proper systems in place. US counterparts not always remembering to include Candian affiliate in sharing of information.

      Pros

      Company is headed in new direction which is always exciting. Great people with flexible work life balance such as option to work from home some days. Pay is well above what industry normbut this could also attribute to financial shortcomings of company growth.

      Cons

      With new CEO, strategy and where the company is going is in question. Some have left due to this. A lot of grayness in company model.

      Pros

      Salary, Brand Recognition, Diversity, access to technology. Levi's has several programs that reach out to the community. Most of it appears to be for back end marketing purposes.

      Cons

      Very Critical Management Style. Constantly rotating management team. Used to be a great place to work. They are outsourcing everything. Management constantly telling employees how good they have it and then not giving them time, tools, support to do the job. OUTSOURCED HUMAN RESOURCES THAT HAS NO DESIRE TO SUPPORT EMPLOYEES.
