      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with. Everyone is nice and doesn't have the typical "fashion" attitude. It is a great environment to learn in and a great brand to be a part of because they have been around for 160 years.

      Cons

      Bad management, no training, and stuck in its old ways as a company. New ideas were hard to get approved and it typically was their way or the highway. Budget was never spent on practical things such as managerial training and updated software programs, they typically spent money on unnecessary travel.

      Pros

      Privately owned company, so benefits start on your first day of work. They had company meetings with an open bar that served beer and wine.

      Cons

      Unrealistic management expectations, with minimal onboard training. Seems there is a complete disconnect between upper management and their subordinates. It was pretty standard to work 10-12 hour work days.
