      - Nice peers to work with - Benefits and pay are good - Last Friday off and flexible work hours

      Cons

      - No direction when it comes to engineering and AI/ML. Every 3-6 months you'll see an org change that makes no sense. Constant workforce reductions. - AI/ML teams are not valued for the work they produce but by personalities. If you have the gift of gab with no ability to understand machine learning concepts, you will succeed. - The upper management in the digital org has no clue of how AI/ML can benefit the company. Many are fancy pants MBA types. If you interview here, gauge their technical expertise on ML and decide if you want to work for them. Avoid this place if you are a serious MLE/DE/DS/TPM.
