      Pros

      Diverse work group. Some great clinical management team leaders in the Geriatric Center. Efforts to provide good customer service. Lots of positive feedback from residents and family members. Director of Nursing-nursing center side was kind, caring, classic role model type and showed appreciation to staff. Opportunity to advance clinical skills. Always super busy. Can also work on the hospital area.

      Cons

      Many changes. New nurse preceptor program fell through. Lost some of the Eden principles with new executive leaders.

      Pros

      Benefits, Co-workers and organized transport from parking.

      Cons

      Work enviroment, management is inconsideration of staff. They overwhelm you with the workload and don't listen to concerns of the Nurses, staffing issues, they pull GNAs at will and leave floors under staffed. Staff getting bullied by family members as well as unsupportive management makes working difficult.
