Excellent Leadership SDR Coaching is top notch with weekly and daily trainings and call reviews. Managers are always an ear shot away to talk to about work or personal life. Culture is colorful, the people are wonderful and very like minded Free breakfast, lunches, and snacks

Cons

Its a startup, its a grind, long hours but nothing that you arent told in the interview process, no surprises or anything. Just be prepared to grind and you will be rewarded. Work life balance could improve like opportunities to leave early on days your team hits goal or if you hit goal.
