Great if Sales is your thing
Pros
If you're trying to grind and learn as much as possible everyday without pause this place is perfect. Short promotion path but paired with high metrics. Management will work with you to help you improve. Culture is pretty awesome for the most part. Fun environment, I would definitely not be working here if it wasn't for the people around me. Management is fantastic if you put in the work. Snacks and drinks in the office is a sweet perk.
Cons
Because of the short promotion path and high bar, if you don't excel within the first 4-6 months you're most likely going to quit or be fired. There is opportunity to move to different parts of the company but that's on you to prove that. I would not want to work here if I was very introverted. Most of the company consists of sales (as should be for a start up in tech) but it can be over-bearing if you're a low energy person. You will spend the majority of your time dialing, not really prospecting but dialing. Therefore you learn quickly but you're kinda only responsible for that one part. One thing that sucks is that it's difficult to contribute to other parts of the company or go above and beyond outside your role.
