The people at Levitate are awesome. Everyone is positive, hard-working, and helpful to their colleagues and customers. I really enjoy coming into to work every day and collaborating with our team.

Cons

We're grinding and moving fast. The pace is not for everyone.

The company goes above and beyond to provide you with all the tools to succeed. I came in with no experience in the industry. The leaders will invest in you. Very much a place I now call home. If you want to grow and have a career where work hard and play hard are the mission statement, look no further.

Cons

Nothing I can say negatively in any way. This job wouldn’t be nearly what it is at any other company.

LEADS pipeline is awesome! Day 1 benefits. Excellent lunch everyday. All of the management is super approachable and kind. Really great and encouraging people. Honestly if I could’ve taken the job with me when I moved I would have! I miss my managers and team badly! It was probably one of the best working environments I’ve ever had and the opportunities I received as a result of being there are astronomical!

Cons

Base rate non negotiable. Sales are in the hands of a closer who could be having an off day and lose your great lead. Diversity could be better and less performative. Job is not remote although the capability is there.
