Dedicated leadership, growing culture, tough but rewarding
Pros
Levitate is constantly growing and evolving. The leadership team is really strong and supportive. They also promote heavily from within the org which creates a lot of possible career paths. Benefits are competitive with local organizations and compensation is fair, especially for a start-up business. Levitate is committed to helping small and medium sized businesses grow - through our customers, our prospects, as well as local organizations that they support. There are also opportunities to get involved and connected to different teams in the org whether through the Culture Crew or other employee led groups - very inclusive!
Cons
There are some growing pains as the company is getting bigger, but that will happen with any company. Growth requires some amount of change and there are things the company does today that it did differently years ago. Training is a big one and it has really improved now that we have a formal system in place. Previously there wasn't a formal system to track progress and easily access resources. Another example is 401k matching which doesn't exist yet but I know they are listening to the request for change.
