Great atmosphere-you probably won’t find better work friends/office fun anywhere else-seriously Transparent expectations Helpful and caring direct management Daily motivation Catered lunch every day

Cons

The job itself can be tough- it’s cold calling all day everyday and can get monotonous. Sometimes changes in the company directly related to your job can happen over night with little heads up. Very strict promotional metrics. You have to hit your numbers if you want to be promoted- which can be a con for the people that are working hard but still aren’t at those numbers.
