Management only wants you to succeed and gives you every tool and opportunity to do so.

Cons

Non so far, SDR work can be tough for some but it’s not specific to anything they set out here

Pros

LEADS pipeline is awesome! Day 1 benefits. Excellent lunch everyday. All of the management is super approachable and kind. Really great and encouraging people. Honestly if I could’ve taken the job with me when I moved I would have! I miss my managers and team badly! It was probably one of the best working environments I’ve ever had and the opportunities I received as a result of being there are astronomical!

Cons

Base rate non negotiable. Sales are in the hands of a closer who could be having an off day and lose your great lead. Diversity could be better and less performative. Job is not remote although the capability is there.

Pros

I made some great friends at Levitate. People I still see and talk with almost a year later. Free lunches, snacks, coffee, and beer on tap after 4. Friendly and inclusive environment, and the product is actually decent.

Cons

The cons are pretty much everything else. Metrics - insanely difficult to attain or exceed. Requires 130 cold calls a day minimum (almost double the industry average). Pay - a joke. Was told 45k and find out it was 40k. Commission is even worse. You basically need to book over 60 demos a month to come close to quota attainment. Also you can expect promotion metrics to change at a whim. The upper management is an absolute joke. Very little guidance, and no effort to keep talent happy. Very distant CEO who wont even look in your direction. “Unlimited PTO” is actually 5 days off with quota relief. Miss more than 2 days without quota relief, and you will fall behind. Overall, it’s a decent place to learn the basic skills needed for SDR type of work. But not a career company. Honestly just isn’t worth it
