      Pros

      The people at Levitate are truly special and it definitely trickles down from the leadership team. It's an incredible company with a ton of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Not a con, but you need to be flexible and open for change and willing to put in the work. In my opinion, it's completely worth it

      Pros

      - PEOPLE! You can get a sales role anywhere, but here's the place to do it. I genuinely enjoy coming into work everyday to be surronded by my team. - Fast growth. Both the company and personal career. - How much you make is in your control (commission)... work hard, make more.

      Cons

      This is definitely not a con, just good to know what you're getting into. This is a grind. It's a fast-paced environment that needs everybody on their game most, if not all, of the time.

      Pros

      Levitate is where you want to be if you want to make a difference at your job. Everyone is super motivated, everyone works hard and help each other, and everyone can feel the sense of accomplishment — for there are plenty of those. There is huge growth opportunity for fresh faces coming in the door, and great people to coach them along the way.

      Cons

      Can be fast paced for some.
