Pros

Levitate (Real Magic) is an awesome place to start or build your career. You are definitely part of something bigger than yourself on this team and dedication to our customers is a must. As a start-up, things are constantly evolving based on feedback from the team and most importantly, the data.

Cons

No major cons to report. I think having a 401K match option would be a great benefit to add but they have a lot of other great benefits like parental leave, PTO, and medical/dental/vision.
