      Here's the way new features are released at Levitate: - Developers "complete" a feature - Before the feature is rolled out, sales team is immediately told to start selling/pitching the feature, with no understanding of how it works - Success team is not trained on how the feature works - Clients buy Levitate based on the feature - Client realizes that the feature is not what they were sold, and the success team cannot troubleshoot because they are not trained on it - Client is disappointed and asks for a refund - Client gets the refund, and the money is taken out of the salesperson's paycheck I don't we should be penalized because the success team isn't trained on how new features work. I don't think the features that we're selling are even tested to see if they work half the time.

      The biggest pro that comes to mind is the fact that hard work truly gets rewarded at Levitate. Every employee has the opportunity and space to contribute in important ways, and the company has a culture built upon providing visibility and recognition to employees who demonstrate creativity, team-player attitudes, and strong execution. There's a lot of transparency between the leadership team and the rest of the organization, which creates a natural alignment between teams. Levitate hires really good people, and it's refreshing to see how genuine the friendships are between employees - I can't speak for everyone, but I believe the overall energy is always positive because our staff truly enjoys working together. One last thing I'll mention is that things move really fast at Levitate - but this is more of a start-up reality than a negative aspect of working here. To be truly successful, you need to be organized, collaborative, and flexible. But by doing so, you experience so much growth as a professional.

      No big cons to speak of - you just need to walk through the doors each day prepared to work hard and push yourself, no matter what department you're in.
