Leviton is an organization that focuses on hiring the right talent, and then letting them do their jobs. I find a significant amount of independence within my role as a mid level manager. Have solid backing of executive management along with fair compensation and growth opportunities. Very solid staff, good folks to work with and a positive atmosphere. Leviton is also very committed to its people. Fair wages, good benefits, reasonable work expectations. The kind of place you can make a home, but you have to perform and contribute.

Cons

No cons to mention. No organization is perfect, so listing little annoyances is not worth the trouble as all organizations have their own unique environments.
