      Great culture. A company with a strong executive team that takes care of their people. Lot of opportunity if you are willing to work hard.

      Pros

      - Stable work environment and good people. - Decent benefits, not great, far from great actually, but probably slightly above average. - Interesting work (I am sure this depends on the position) - Decent opportunities to advance

      Cons

      - Wages for new employees are average. Not low, not high. However, the low raises and corporate culture of undercutting wages for internal applicants seeking promotions means that long-term employees are generally on the lower end of the pay scale. A practice that seems to push out some long-term employees. - There is a decent opportunity to advance, however, this is due in large part to turnover. - The facility is a bit outdated for a high-tech global company.
