Pros

Medium size division (250 people) of a much larger family-owned company. Small and friendly enough so you feel like you know people. Collaborative, hardworking, generally happy people who want to get things done. Growing in market leadership so there are new things to work on, and lots of variety for engineers, marketing, product management.

Cons

Some lack of autonomy depending on department. Some conflicting priorities can make progress slow.

Pros

- Quick recruitment process - took me less than 4 interviews and a few phone screens from start to finish of the process. For such a large company there is also minimum overhead which adds to the friendly working environment.

Cons

They have quite a low base salary and you definitely should ask for a higher base if you know you are a good candidate. It wasn't a stressful process though.
