Pros
Management is friendly and accommodating. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The turnover rate in many departments is low. This contributes to an environment and organization that is easy to join, get up to speed, and find success. Commute to Bothell is not terrible when compared to driving into Seattle proper. Parking is provided.
Cons
Some positions seem to be much more stressful than others. Some of the systems in use while functional are outdated and change to modern systems is happening at a slow pace. No easy mass-transit commuter options from Seattle to Bothell. Some staff are contractors, making the jump from contractor to employee can take longer than expected, with little conversation taking place between employee (contract) and Leviton management.
