Pros

-Many of your coworkers will be hard working -If you are willing to completely give up your personal life and holidays you will be able to move up in the company even if you don't have a college degree -You can "network" your way to a promotion, even if you do not deserve or qualify for the job -Ability to travel and work events around the country -Ability to work high profile events like the Superbowl, Grammys, Kentucky derby -A good place to work as an hourly employee, not a management position

Cons

-Many hours you spend at work will be just to "be there" even when your work is completed -Pressure not to take days off. I have known coworkers to work an entire month with maybe 1 or 2 days off -If you value your family and friends, this is not a good company to work for as you will have no time or energy for them -When you travel to work events you will work very long hours and not see anything but the stadium or arena you are working at -You have to do a lot of paperwork for nothing but "internal processes" that does not seem to end -There never seems to be a break in the constant busy schedule -Many of your hourly employees will make way more money than you do because of their tips -Company does not stay up with technology and this will make your job more difficult
