-good pay/tips for food servers and bartenders -great management -fun atmosphere -free attendance to concerts after your shift

Cons

-seasonal -hours dependent on concert ticket sales -outdoors venue; inclement weather can cancel an event

Pros

Returning hourly team members are great to work with.

Cons

The upper management is very unprofessional and seemed unprepared for every little thing. I remained untrained through the first three weeks of being a manager and would continue to get disciplined for doing things incorrectly event thought I hadn't been trained yet.
