-Supervisors are hit and miss, some are good and some are not. A good supervisor may determine whether you get to eat at a reasonable time or not. Also could determine if you have a good or bad day or build animosity towards the workplace in general. -Semi-high turnover rate. Sometimes they need lots of temps because they are understaffed but if you want to work a lot of hours this could be a pro as well. -Annual schedule may require you have 2 jobs. There are busy and slow seasons which mean you could have 60+ hours per week several weeks/months in a row and then 15-30 hrs/wk in slow seasons (hours also can depend on how much management likes you).
