Great exposure to wide-range of food & beverage operations in exciting atmosphere. Company works hard to create a fun and inclusive environment. A lot of opportunity for growth and many different areas.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent. Managers work a ton of hours! During off seasons at your location, you are required to travel and work at other locations. Very long work days and work weeks.

The culture is great, have made a lot of new friends and just connections in general. Lots of running around but if you are a problem solver this is your kind of postion.

Cons

The communication lacks at points and sometimes can be hard dealing with other employees but that comes with any job.
