Networking is huge. You get to meet a lot of influential people due to the high profile events. Everyone who gains the "Levy Difference" and experience gets great jobs thereafter. Great resume builder.

Cons

Upper Level Management does not listen to the employees. It is also hard to get a raise. And if you rub someone the wrong way your hours are cut dramatically until you just quit for lack of revenue. Cruddy people.
