Wonderful Culinary Team with a passion for service.

Cons

Operations Director is P&L driven and myoptic to bottom line instead of monetary investment into corporate priorities and emphasis on change like the new Sanitarian position. Actually to any labor hours (like cleaning & recovery for Suites, Catering, Club Concessions, & Premium) that don't generate revenue between "off season" events. At least all departments are treated equally.
