All of the pros of the job came from the resort benefits, not from being a Levy employee.

Cons

Terrible communication. Levy Takes away the community vibe & replaces it with the corporate feel. Human resources is kind of a joke which makes it hard to have happy employees.

Sometimes no events, so times back to back (6 days in a row), no discounts in events, no healthcare
