Pros

Have to type 5 words minimum. None.

Cons

Would never recommend anyone to a salaried level position here. 80+ hour weeks, no overtime. They lure you in with "unlimited PTO" knowing you wont take off because of events you have to work fall on weekdays and weekends. Hourly staff ends up getting paid more than you and the lengths you have to go to move up are non feasible. High turnover for a reason.

Pros

the tips are always really good, the lowest i've ever gotten on a gameday was $200. the work is easy, you mostly bring food and drinks to your suite holders.

Cons

the atmosphere is very negative, everyone is working extremely long hours and it feels that nobody wants to be there. The hours you are expected to work are very long on gamedays, (the only days you get tipped) you are expected to be in the stadium for clock in 5 hours before kickoff and often times have to stay for 2-3 hours after the end of the game before you can leave.
