Product is often not ordered correctly, some of the workers gossip a lot, game time employees not held accountable for cleanliness often leaving messy kitchens for morning workers, not much employee appreciation especially for non game time employees

Disorganized at best and completely vile and incompetent at work, the management at my location is awful. And it's not just one person... it's truly all of them. I've been working in restaurants and hospitality for seven years, and never known incompetence to this degree. They impressively hired the laziest, rudest, most awful supervisors and managers possible, and continue to promote them even as employees file grievance after grievance. I've known people to be fired due to having COVID and other documented illnesses, despite being reliable employees otherwise. I've known people to struggle to get basic information from their managers, because they don't answer email and are awful bullies in person. This place is beyond toxic and, if I didn't rely on the income, I wouldn't spend another second here.
