      Working in the sports entertainment industry, great events

      Cons

      Lack of communication from both direct and upper management. They talk the talk and demand repeat attendance at training but upper management does not walk the walk. Bad mouthing both their staff and their clients, asking their staff to lie to clients

      It's definitely cool to work at a place where famous sports players are walking around and to see all types of events while working.

      Cons

      There is extremely high turnover, inexperienced management (especially senior), and the worst of all: everyone is a professional blamer.
